Matthew David Nelson is a travel photographer and writer from Des Moines, Iowa. His work has been published in National Geographic Traveller Magazine, Outside Online, and Get Lost! (AU), among other publications worldwide. His photographs have appeared in exhibitions and shows in Athens, Greece, and Berlin, Germany. He is a contributor to guidebooks for Rough Guides, and is the Travel Editor for the Munich Eye Newspapers.
