Have a balanced diet
A balanced diet is a diet with every healthy component a body requires on daily basis. Our body needs a balance of fat, protein, fibre, vitamins, minerals, and carbohydrates. All these are important in our diets to maintain a healthy body.

Many people think that fat is all bad but we actually need it. Yes, bad or too much fat can cause life-threatening diseases such as heart problems, diabetes, and even obesity problems. Protein gives energy, improves our mental health, and improves our mood. However, proteins must be consumed in the right amounts. Too much protein can be dangerous especially to people suffering from the disease. Proteins are important as every cell in our body needs them. Carbohydrates are the main sources of energy while fibre helps to maintain a healthy digestive system. Fiber also lowers the risk of having heart disease, stroke, and diabetes.
