Frutos de Mar: Camarones y Langostinos

Hablemos de Camarones y Langostinos que son ambos muy similares pero distintos en suborden biologico. A simple vista los Langostinos tienen patas más largas y dos "pinzas" adelante similares a una langosta, mientras que los camarones tienen en general patas más pequeñas y no tienen pinzas. Ambos son de sabor muy similares aunque realmente podemos entrar en objeciones aquí.

Hay ciertos langostinos e incluso camarones que habitan en aguas de rio que obtienen un sabor muy característico, bastante fuerte y agreste, interesantes para combinar de cierta forma tomando en cuenta esa peculiaridad; pero en general, ambos suelen tener un sabor único y delicado.
